Outdoor Service & Wheeler Run – TODAY
Today is our Outdoor Service and Wheeler Run! Just like last time, please plan to arrive early so we can park and arrange vehicles in the best way. If you like to bring your lawn chairs and sit with your bubbles, that’s fine too!
Following the service, we’ll be doing our second annual “Wheeler Run Sunday”. Bring your wheeler, side by side, or dirt bike to church and we’ll go for a nice run after church is finished. More details will be released soon, but we wanted to get it on your calendar!
The raindate for both events is September 20th.
Two Services Starting September 20… with Baptisms!!
With fall arriving, we expect our weekly attendence to increase, and with COVID-19, we have been running near full capacity all summer. To honour public health guidelines and share the message of Jesus with as many people as possible, we need to move to two services.
Starting September 20th (September 27th if rain moved the outdoor services), we will be holding two identical Sunday morning services at 9:30am and 11am. Registration will be required for each service and the button will be on the homepage of our website.
We will also be rebroadcasting the service at 7pm each Wednesday evening for those who are not yet comfortable with attending church in person.
We already have one person who is ready to take the step of baptism! If you are interested in learning more, contact a pastor.

Kids and Parents
Ridge Kids is back! If your child is going into Junior Kindergarten to going into Grade 5. The kids will be dismissed part way through the service to go downstairs.

Giving
During this time, we are encouraging e-transfer for tithes and offerings. To send an e-transfer, set the recipient as The Ridge Church and send it to “giving@theridgechurch.ca”. Set password as “offering”. If you want your offering designated, write that in the messages section, otherwise it will go to the General Fund. Auto-deposit is turned on.
You can also use the debit machine in the lobby, or place your offering in the boxes located in the lobby and sanctuary.
